Who We Are
Letsure Gas, Plumbing and Heating is a locally based heating company serving homeowners and landlords across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Our team of Gas Safe registered engineers has been helping Edinburgh residents stay warm and safe for over a decade, and we are proud of the reputation we have built for honest, high-quality work.
We are a hands-on team. The people you speak to on the phone are the same people who will show up at your door, carry out the work, and make sure you are happy before they leave. We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers, not just completing one-off jobs.
What We Stand For
1. Safety First
Every job we carry out adheres to the latest gas safety regulations. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and keep their qualifications fully up to date.
2. Honest Advice
We will always tell you what your boiler or heating system actually needs, not what is most profitable for us. If a repair will do the job, we will say so.
3. Quality Workmanship
We take pride in every installation and repair. We use quality parts, work cleanly, and do not cut corners.
4. Customer Care
From your first call to the final handover, we want your experience with Letsure to be positive. We are always happy to answer questions and follow up after a job.
Our Accreditations
All Letsure engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register, which is the official list of gas businesses that are legally allowed to work on gas appliances in the UK. Our registration number can be checked at any time on the Gas Safe website.
We are also registered with TrustMark, the government-endorsed quality scheme for tradespeople, which means our work, business practices, and customer service meet independently assessed standards.
